ClueGO - Molecular Functions Results

I have encountered difficulties regarding the molecular function results generated by ClueGO. They are never the same as those presented by uniprot and also by PANTHER DB.

I was recently confronted for saying that a protein that has no cysteine activity as having this activity, based on ClueGO data. 

Wouldn't it be possible to import data directly from UNIPROT into ClueGO? or manually edit some proteins? assigning or removing molecular functions?
