Hi,

I understand that the ModuLand 2.0 plugin is incorpated into Cytoscape at version 3.9.1.

I work for the Science and Technology Facilities Council in the UK  (https://www.ukri.org/councils/stfc/ - jim.ba...@stfc.ac.uk ), and have over 20 years Java development experience, and would like to resolve the issue where the output from Moduland is node names rather than gene names.

Unfortunately I can't find the source code for the Moduland 2.0 plugin. I understand that it was developed by the Semmelweis University in Hungary, https://www.linkgroup.hu/modules.php. I have attempted to make contact, but haven't heard back. I wondered if this plugin is no longer being actively supported and developed?

I am very happy to support this plugin and resolve the issue I have found. I wondered if the source could be provided so I can build, recreate the issue, and resolve it, please?

Kind regards,
Jim

Hi Jim,

Sorry, we don't have access to the source code either.  I would suggest casing a wider net for the authors to see if any of them has pointers to the code, specifically try reaching out to István  Kovács, who published the ModuLand method itself.

Hi scooter,

Thanks for your reply. I'll try István.

Kind regards, Jim
