Implement ClueGO on Cytoscape js

Dear Cytoscape community,

Do you know how feasible it is to add a Desktop plugin as ClueGO in the Javascript version of Cytoscape?

Maybe can refer me to some documentation related, I am just searching through the web but so far not finding much information about this.

Any helps that can someone provides, would be great.

This is not feasible. Cytoscape apps are written in Java as part of the extensible plugin framework defined in Java. The cytoscape.js project is a separate codebase written in JavaScript that has its own extensibility defined in JavaScript. Java and Javascript plugins in general are not interchangeable. 

Currently, you can export your desktop Cytoscape to the web (see Export to Web in menu), and you can programmatically work with both via general-purpose scripting in R or Python.
