Exporting network shows crazily sprung out edges

Hi, 

I attempted to export the network shown. It looks fine in Cytoscape, but exported pdf or svg the edges seem to spring out of porportions. 

Any one has any solution?

That happens when there are multiple edges connecting two nodes.  They have to get spread out to be seen.  There are two possibilities for you:

1) You can remove the duplicate edges (Edit->Remove Duplicate Edges...)

2) You can use the Haystack style.  Under the edge visual properties, select "Stacking" and switch to the Haystack style.
