I have network containing metabolic reactions. Metabolites and
reactions are both nodes with type attribute to differentiate between
them. Edges connect metabolite nodes through reaction nodes. Reaction
nodes have attribute called reversible (Y/N) I want to color edges
according to this. Is it possible to color edges according to the node
attribute?
