Hi,
I export a string node table, then add a column of attributes to it and then import again (.csv or .xls without modifying the other headers).
The attribute column is shown, but empty. I'm using cytoscape 3.8.2.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Monika Fuxreiter

This works in general, so you will have to provide more details to learn which step might be going wrong in your case. Here are the steps as I would perform them:

1. Export Node Table
2. Add new column and delete all other columns than ’name’
3. Import new table using ’name’ and key column for network and table

These steps add a new column to the right of the table.
