New User to Cytoscape

Dear Sir,

I am working on 16S metagenomic analysis using qiime2 software. I have a got biome table. I want to draw a network. Is there any suggestion? I am new beginner and would be thankfull if someone guide me how to begin from the start? Which files I need from qiime 2? I have cytoscape in my window and I have installed plugin Conet in it. Waiting for your suggestion!

Hi Aqleem,

   Did you try to follow the Qiime2 tutorial on making Cytoscape networks: http://qiime.org/tutorials/making_cytoscape_networks.html?  That would be my first suggestion.

This is Qiime 1 and I am using Qiime2. I did not see this post in Qiime 2.
