Hi,

I am using Cytoscape version 3.2.1.  I saw the style option "Show highly-connected region by edge bundling and opacity" in the wiki.cytoscape page [ http://wiki.cytoscape.org/Cytoscape_3/UserManual/Styles ]. However, I could not get a detailed description of this.

I would be grateful if someone can explain to me how to use this edge bundling and opacity option. Thanks in advance.

Hi Pankaj,
I can't get to the user manual right now (site down for maintenance), but opacity and edge bundling are two different style options.  The idea in the page is to change the edges to be semi-transparent and then use the bundle edges option (under the Layout menu).  This will pull the middles of the edges together (bundle them).  So, you need to change the edge opacity style (under the style tab) and then run the bundle edges layout (under the Layout menu).
