Cannot access layouts other than grid layout??

Hello,
I am a new user. I recently downloaded Cytoscape 2.6.3. I can execute
the program and preform various tasks, however I have no access to the
alternative layout tabs other than grid. I can see the layout.jar
files in my folder however I cannot execute them.
Anyone got any ideas?

Did you see AutomaticLayout.jar in your cytoscape_install_folder/pluigins/?

Yes I do...but I cannot access anything but grid layout.
