fresh hand got prblm wz network analyzer installing

dear all, i am a fresh hand of cytoscape, 

just got a prblm which is quite hard to overcome

feeling gratitude if anyone could kindly give a hand 

 

As is shown in pic above,i downloaded networkanalyzer from appstore and it downloaded fluently till the bar presented, i clicked 确定for YES (while 取消is for cancel)

and there showed nothing after i clicked yesthen i turned to install from local file,(shown as below,and there do exist the package of network analyzer)

and it cannot be more clear that there is a networkanalyzer file downloaded to local,i clicked 打开 for open 

same thing just happened

there s still nothing in the currently installed , and i v been trapped in this endless loop for hoursanyone solved similar situation before ? gratitude!

Greetings, and welcome to Cytoscape!  After you include NetworkAnalyzer, do you see it in the Tools menu?  It could be that it's just not showing up in the App Manager for some reason.

NetworkAnalyzer is one of our Core Apps. It is included in the Cytoscape distribution. As a result, it won't normally appear in the App Manager unless it needs to be updated.

It looks like you have the most current version. If you follow Scooter's steps, you should be able to use it.
