Hi Jerry,When a node is only present in one species do you A) want it to be only colored that specie's color(entirely) or B) do you want just the pie associated with that species colored and rest of the pies to be blank or white? I think that the way pie charts work it can only do the option A.It is not perfect (and not as colorful) but if you are looking for option B you can instead try using a heatmap.Ruth

Hi All,--
I am trying to create pie charts for network nodes, to display which of up to seven species each molecule (node) was found in. However, I have only been able to get pie charts to work with quantitative data, and when I enter species as numerical codes they are displayed in the pie chart as sums. Is there a way to use pie charts with categorical data? I am using software version 3.6.1.
Thank you,Jerry
