So, probably a stupid question, but I can't figure out how to export specific Node Table column data (such as Uniprot identifiers) via copy and paste. I could do this in Cytoscape 2.8.2, but can't seem to do this after upgrading to 3.1. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Patrick

It is a little tricky and nonintuitive, unfortunately, but you can do it:
 - select all the rows in the table that you want to copy
 - position mouse over the column you want to copy (over any cell in that column, not the column header)
 - use key commands for copy (i.e., ctrl-c or cmd-c)

Now that column of select rows will be in your clipboard.
