Hello,
It seems that the order of networks in the Network Panel (that is, in the "Network" tab of the control panel) sometimes changes after saving and reopening the cys-file.
This seems to depend on the way I open the session, on whether the file has been copied, etc, etc, which is very frustrating.
Is there any way to preserve the order of networks; which steps are screwing it uo?
Failing that, is there any way to re-order the networks after opening the session, to restore the old order?
Failing that as well, what can I do, except for re-creating all the networks of the session (that I'd like to use as a supplement of a paper, so order is important...)?
I'm having these problems with Cytoscape 3.5.1 and 3.7.0 on a Mac.
thanks for any help, and Happy New Year

Hi Georg,
I'm not sure what might be causing this.  For me, when I open a session, the order seems consistent.  Can you send us a session file that exhibits the problem?
