[Bug/Missing Feature] Can't add operators in formula builder

In addition to basic operators not being selectable in the function menu on the left side of the formula builder, attempting to add an operator as text throws an error:

Good news!  The formula builder has been completely rewritten for Cytoscape 3.9 and it much more robust and it includes basic operators.  You can play with a pre-release by going to code.cytoscape.org and downloading a more recent build.
