Regading (.txt) file generation in R for PhosphoPath

Dear All,

Recently we are trying to analyse our data set in PhosphoPath but unfortunately we are unable to do it. Because we are not able to download the .phos as well as regulation_2_tp.txt file for generating the network as you have told in your tutorial. Beside this, in your conversion with Shivangi Awasthi, you advice to create a tab delimited text (.txt) file through R. Could you please able to give the code to generate (.txt) and (.phos) file in R.
