Dear all,
I have a question to ask. Is it possible to have more than an attribute for a node? Also duplicating the node...
Thanks
Best regards,
AV

Hi,
Of course you can have more attributes for one node; just add additional attribute columns to your datatable. It is also possible to have lists of values per attribute.
But I'm not sure whether you mean that...
Cheers,

Hi,
thanks!
Actually,I mean to have more than an attribute of the same category. For instance ... my node "A2" is located into the Golgi apparatus(blue) and Endoplasmic reticulum(green), and I want to color it blue and green, possibily duplicanting the node. Is it possible to do something like this?
Thanks!
Best,
AV

Hi Alessndra,
Short answer "yes".  Long answer is a bit more convoluted.  I would suggest using the EnhancedGraphics App (see http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/cytoscape/utilities3/enhancedcg.shtml) and use the node stripe capability.

You can also use the built-in Node Charts to make bar charts, pie charts or stripes:

The “trick” for stripes is to choose “Heatmap” and then select “Horizontal” under the Options tab.
