FBMN Using Cytoscape

Hi everyone, 

I had a quick question in regards to conducting FBMN using Cytoscape. My main goal is to better visualize my network, but (to keep this post short and sweet) also to understand the source of the node(s) in my network. 

After doing my FBMN workflow in GNPS, I downloaded all of the necessary Cytoscape files (I followed this tutorial here:https://github.com/CCMS-UCSD/GNPSDocumentation/blob/master/docs/featurebasedmolecularnetworking-cytoscape.md). For some reason, even after uploading my metadata table into Cytoscape I'm still not able to see the source of the nodes in my network. If anyone has ever done FBMN using GNPS + Cytoscape, I'd really appreciate your help!

Hi Christine,

  Do you see the node source in your node table?  It could be that you just need to zoom in in order to actually see the source on the node.
