Hi,
I have a dataset which is not related to genes but it contains a big number of samples(225000) with 430 features. I was wondering if I can use my data on your framework to visualize the parameters and use you clustering tool for finding the correlations. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.
Thanks,
Parisa

Hi Parisa,
Absolutely.  Cytoscape itself is agnostic about the type of data, as is clusterMaker2.  Some of the other apps might make certain assumptions about the data, but for the most part you should have no problem loading in your data.  Note that depending on what you are trying to do with your data, you might need a fair bit of memory.  For example, to create a correlation network for that data will require the creation of a 225000X225000 matrix.
