Update zoom graph size by external button

Hello Team,

I would like to achieve the panzoom functional behavior by an external button action.

How can we co-ordinate or update mouse trackpad zoom IN/OUT graph size with external button zoom IN/OUT properties?

cytoscape version: 3.2.0

Hi Rajasekaran,

First, to be clear, Cytoscape 3.2.0 is *extremely* old.  Using Cytoscape 3.9, pretty much all of the information you need is part of the network visual properties.  You are looking for NETWORK_CENTER_X_LOCATION, NETWORK_CENTER_Y_LOCATION, and NETWORK_SCALE_FACTOR.  If you use those visual properties and set them directly, it will control the pan and zoom.  Note that if you set them as locked values, it will override the user and they won't be able to pan and zoom manually,..
