First, to be clear, Cytoscape 3.2.0 is *extremely* old. Using Cytoscape 3.9, pretty much all of the information you need is part of the network visual properties. You are looking for NETWORK_CENTER_X_LOCATION, NETWORK_CENTER_Y_LOCATION, and NETWORK_SCALE_FACTOR. If you use those visual properties and set them directly, it will control the pan and zoom.
