Hi Cytoscape Team!

I have used the PSIMI 25 style, which was a built-in style, to be able to easily distinguish human proteins/nodes from non-human ones in Cytoscape (I'm using 3.10.3) networks. This seems to have disappeared as a style, even from older versions of Cytoscape. It should be easy enough to roll my own, but I am just wondering if you know why it has disappeared (and I'd be grateful for the XML file if you have it).

Thanks,

HI Nick,
I am not sure why that style is no longer there as default.  If you import a network using PSICQUIC it looks like the style gets imported at the same time.

I have attached the xml for pismi 2.5 style to the email.
Thanks,
Ruth

Ah, thanks, Ruth! I think that is part of the problem - BioGRID's PSICQUIC webservice is down, so I am trying to load the network manually via a download from the BioGRID website...Nick
