SAFE maximum network size

Is there a maximum network size for using SAFE to generate an enrichment map? I currently have a network with around 12 000 nodes, and when I try to import the GO annotation file into SAFE, I just get an error with no text.

Hi - could you please explain a bit more about what you're trying to do? Are you trying to make an enrichment map within SAFE or export to the EnrichmentMap app?
