Hello,

When I run batch mode (Tools -> NetworkAnalyzer -> Network Analysis -> Batch Analysis) I am having issues when the batch loop gets to a large graph and it just stalls.

However, when I load the graph first and then go to Tools -> NetworkAnalyzer -> Network Analysis -> Analyze Network the network is analyzed very quickly and then I can export the table below and the results from the result panel with out problems.

Is there some parameters I can through into the batch mode to throw more memory at it, or should I be doing this through a command line?

update on memory, it is only using 25.3 % of 15.55 GB when it gets to graph that it is having a hard time with, is there a way to force it to use more than that?

Have you tried importing that graph directly (not in batch mode) or is it only in batch mode that it's failing.  If it fails not in batch mode, please send us a copy of the graph and we'll try to figure out what's going on.  If it only fails in batch mode, let us know and we'll try to work with you to narrow down where the problem might lie.

I have some updates after playing with this for a little bit last night.

In cytoscape 3.7.1
 - Run Manually : Runs to where the bar is almost complete and then just stalls and sits there for hours
 - Run Batch : Runs and stalls and sits there for hours

In cytoscape 3.3.10
 - Run Manually : Finishes
 - Run Batch : Runs and stalls and sits there for hours

Thanks for the further analysis.  Could you send us the network that's causing things to hang?  That will help us to debug things.
