Hi there,

I am wondering what the diamonds at the ends of some of the edges generated by ClueGo represent.

Best,
Johnny

Hi Johnny, normally the ontology tree is build up by parent and child connections. But there are three other possible directions/links that exist in GO. These directed links indicate that the terms are 'associated with' (diamond), 'activated by' (arrow) or 'inhibited by', even if these terms are not in a child - parent relation (but they can be of course).
