problems installing cytoscape. timeout 30000ms problem

Dear all


I tried to run cytoscape but it would not run and troubleshooting tester would promt a message problem

My computer is Windows 7  32 bit
I downloaded Cytoscape_3_7_1_windows_32bit
Ran windows.bat nad this message is shown

You are seeing a timeout while trying to reach the Cytoscape App Store? The site is up and there have not been any recent outages. The OP is from February.

Can you provide more details?
