Cytoscape App for loading RDF graphs

Hi all,

I am looking for an Cytoscape 3 app with which I can visualize RDF graphs from file, i.e.,
files serialized as XML or Turtle.

General SPARQL seems to be only for sparql endpoints but not able to load rdf files.
Is there anything to read RDF in Cytoscape?

This is the only other one I'm aware of, but I'm not sure if it loads RDF directly...

Hi Alex,

thanks. semscape does not seem to work with Cytoscape 3.6. At least I don't see anything working, i.e.,

neither any icons, added menu items. Also RDF import does not work.

I went now with
http://visgraph3.org/

which was sufficient for the few files I wanted to see.

As a note: I also tried gephi with semantic plugin, but did not work well (RDF graph could be read, but the visualization was not very usable).
