How to add fold- change values below the gene symbol in a cytoscape network

Hi,

I have a network where genes are colored based on fold-change values. However,  I would like to add fold-change values below the gene symbol on the node in a network. Please help me to do this.

EnhancedGraphics is a great suggestion. It has the most flexibility. But something you could try before that, something built-in to Cytoscape and easier to use, is Node Charts. Here’s a video demo:

Thanks for your suggestions. The suggested ways will help me to color the genes but I would like to show the exact numerical fold-change value below the node which has genesymbol as label already.
