Hello,
Does ClusterMaker2 run on cytoscape3.7?
I am asking this, because I did not get any result after starting clustering.

Yes. All Cytoscape apps released for any version of the 3.x series will work in any subsequent 3.x+ version. The first "3" in the Cytoscape version number, in fact, defines the backward compatible API used by app authors.

If you are having trouble with an app, please provide the steps you took, what you observed/expected and any files needed to reproduce the behavior.
