error in "lock node width and height"

I'm having problems when I used the "lock node width and height" to input a differential node size (according to its max fold change). When the node w/h is locked, the node of a specific protein disappeared and I've restared the cytoscape, the computer and nothing changed. I don't know if this is a software bug. I did a PrtScr...but the server rejected the upload.

Sorry for the trouble! It will be hard to reproduce and diagnose this without the files. Can you share the CYS session file and describe the steps and names of nodes that are misbehaving?
