unable to use "BisoGenet" because of Error.

I can't use BisoGenet because, when I click [App-BisoGenet-Create a new network], then

"BisoGenet client failed to connect to the Server" and "An initial error prevented from fulfilling the requested operation" pop-ups appear.

How to use this app?

The app depends on a server provided by the app authors, which seems to be down. I would suggest contacting the app authors to see if they are planning on bringing it back up.
