how to exchange had group data, import it and export it

in cytoscape.org 's manual, i only found how to group some node as a group, but not information how to import it directly

could i direct mark it in import data file, for example, mark some node as group node, when double click the group node, it will expand as some node

how to exchange data (include group node) to other people, what format support this...

if the format could edit directly, it will be more better ( like in excel file )

I don't think that is possible. We support JSON (CX) and XML (xGMML) formats which can represent group information, but not via a simple tabular format.  You can also construct groups programmatically using cyREST (or RCy3 in R), i.e., read in the table format you want into R and then create groups in Cytoscape with a script.
