ELK1::HOXA1 directly, because it expects standard gene/protein identifiers for enrichment analysis. The best workaround is to split each heterodimer into its component genes, for example ELK1 and HOXA1, and use those gene symbols as the ClueGO input. The original heterodimer label can be kept in a separate Cytoscape column for reference or visualization. --
