Hello,

I am looking for a way to output the IDs of the nodes that compose each cluster in an undirected network. I don't need to perform any hierarchical clustering, a single edge connecting a node to other nodes is sufficient for membership in a cluster. An ideal output would look like:

node1; cluster1
node2; cluster1
node3; cluster1
node4; cluster2
...

It seems relatively simple but I can't find any utility in Cytoscape to output this type of analysis. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,

You could try clustermaker2 which has a bunch of clustering algorithms:
