unable to download cytoscape

Hi

I've been trying to download cytoscape but it cannot connect to the website.

http://cytoscape.org/   it opens

I press download

http://cytoscape.org/download.php  I press button for wondows 64bit

And nothing happens

with reply:

Can not access this site

chianti.ucsd.edu took too long to respond.

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

any help please?

Try to deactivate your browser plugins, could be the same issue like

Changed browser, worked fine, should have tried that before.
