How to define NA values while importing Data table?

Hello everyone,

How should the NA values be defined for the data tables of Cytoscape?

My dataset contains NA for multiple columns of the file I want to import into Cytoscape.

When I read the file, I get the following error as expected.

Error message: Error while evaluating an equation: Invalid value: NA

Hi Pradeep,

Well, it really depends on how you want to handle the NA values. Typically, you would leave them empty and they would get imported as null, but there are some circumstances where you might want to change them to 0. A good starting point would be just to leave them blank -- you can always assign them to 0 later on once they are in Cytoscape.
