yFiles Layout Algorithms Update Notification

When I start Cytoscape, I get the following popup from the yFiles layout app:

yFiles Layout Algorithms Update Notification
The installed version of the yFiles Layout Algorithms app will expire in 88 days. Please update to the most recent version of the yFiles Layout Algorithms app.

I am running the latest version of Cytoscape (3.7.1) with yFiles version 1.0.1 installed. According to the app store that is the latest version of the app. Does anyone have any idea if there is a newer version about to be released? Or will yFiles 1.0.1 just cease to function in 3 months from now, with no new version to replace it?

Yes, I'm seeing the same thing.  I'm going to bring it up on our conference call today and I'll post an answer as soon as we have one.

We have coordinated with the authors of the yFiles app and they are on it. We will have a fix for this soon™, well in advance of the threatening deadline :)  Ignore for now.

A new version of the yFiles app has been released. If you see a popup warning about an expiring version, you can clear it by going to the Apps menu, selecting App Manager, go to the Check for Updates tab, and update to yFiles 1.0.2. You’re all set!

I am a member of the yFiles Layout Algorithms for Cytoscape plugin. I wanted to apologize for the late update and the inconvenience caused.
