Removing Multiple vizmap styles

Hi ,

 Is there any way to remove selected multiple vizmap styles at once from control panel?

Not that I’m aware of. This can be painful when you want to delete many…. I’ll add a feature request.

If you need a workaround in the meantime, you can manually edit a CYS file to just have the styles you want:

1. Rename CYS to ZIP, e.g., mynetworks.cys —> mynetworks.zip

2. Open the ZIP file

3. Open session_vizmap.xml and delete all the styles you want to remove

4. Recompress the CytoscapeSession folder to ZIP

5. Rename ZIP to CYS

Not sure if this is faster than deleting one at a time, but at least it’s less frustrating :)
