Hi Petlu,

You have several questions in there.  When you say that you can't download CyPlot, can you explain in more detail what you're seeing?  I can certainly download the jar, so it isn't an App Store problem.  The answer to your second question is that is depends on how you created your network.  For example, stringApp will provide a "score" as an edge weight, but for node values, often people will import their own data (e.g. expression data).
