MetNet4Cytoscape plugin

Hi List,

Thanks to the help and insights I've received through this list over the past
couple of months, I was able to write a Cytoscape plugin of my own that
interface with our back-end pathway database.

The plugin is available through
http://metnet3.vrac.iastate.edu/api/cytoscape/

The MetNetStyle visual style seems to be mapping node labels to an attribute called 'commonName', which doesn't exist for this network. Did you mean to map node labels to 'cannonicalName' attribute?
