Can I deploy cytoscape as web server UI on AWS EC2 Instance, If Yes, Please help me how could I configure it.

Hello,

At present, we do not have this capability. Some related work has been done with Cytoscape in docker, which you may find helpful (link here).

Also, Cytoscape JS may be helpful if you intend to create a Web UI and integrate it with other services.
