ClueGO error with species C.elegans and D.melanogaster

Hi,

I am trying to run ClueGO with 2 different species - c.elegans and d.melanogaster. For each of these ClueGO fails with an error message stating that a ".obo" file is missing. I have tried going to ClueGOFiles as suggested and deleting the respective species folder and reinstalling it but this does not seem to be working. Please suggest on what my next steps should be.

Hi Niveda, please update Reactome for these two organisms. It seems that the obo file was missing when the organism files were packed. After updating the Reactome the missing obo files will be recreated with the latest info and the error message should be gone.
