ClueGO gives different results each time

I use ClueGO for my network analysis but each time I use it, there seems to be different results eventhough the query terms and the parameters are the same. Is this the same with everyone?

Oh now I think I understand. There has been an update of the ClueGO database recently and I did my analysis a week ago. I think that update is affecting the results from a week ago.

Hi Charles, yes, GO and its annotation change daily, so it can be that there is already a difference if you update in a week difference. That's why it is always important to keep the old files so see the difference.
