Hello Everyone,
I am facing a similar problem, I have an Adjacency matrix called "Adj.csv" and the p-value for the edges stored in an Adjacency matrix called "p_values.csv". Note: The "p-values.csv" does not contain any NaN values. Still, I am unable to import the Graph into Conet.

Note: I also tried using "amatreader" as you suggested. It successfully imports the graph using the "Adjacency matrix". But there is no way to import "p_values.csv" using this. I am planning to use this graph together with other Conet features.

Please do help me with this as it is an integral part of the analysis in my work

Thanks,
Jayanth Kumar Narayana

Hi,
As answered in the other thread:
As stated in the description of the app: " If importing with drag'n'drop or the File>Import>Network, the input file must have the ".mat" or ".adj" extension to avoid conflict with other readers"
So you'd have to rename your files with the extension .mat or .adj
Hope this helps
Cheers,
Piet
