The network window of cytoscape is black, Why?

Hi All,

After installint the Cytoscape 3.2, I opened it and uploaded a network in table format. The network window of cytoscape is black.
Is it possible that the java is not corrected installed in my computer?
I have check that the java is correct by running it on the command or through IE browser?

Any help? Thanks!

If Cytoscape runs, Java should be working. How exactly are you importing this network, and can you possibly share the network file in question? How big is the file? 

Also, how much memory does Cytoscape show available before loading the netwirrk? You can see this by clicking the Memory button on the lower toolbar...
