ClueGO - loading attributes HELP

Hi all,

 I am trying to work with CLueGO. I created a network from protein ID and I decided to see what comes out from ClueGO analysis. As you can see in the attached screenshot I selected all nodes in the network (I also tried without selecting them) and I wanted to do the analysis. I chose homo sapiens the ID to match with the column name in my network and I ticked off the network option. Then I pressed load attributes, but nothing happens. I tried this with both GlueGo and CluePedia and it doesn't work. I managed it once - that it indeed loaded the attributes from the network but I cannot think of what I did differently.

anyone has a clue?

Broken since last CS update, wait for the new release of ClueGO

Hi Klara,
    This seems to be a bug in ClueGO 2.5.1.  I've tested with ClueGO 2.5.0 and everything seems to work as expected.  You can "downgrade" to 2.5.0 by going to the App Store ClueGO page, then going to "Release History", scroll down to 2.5.0 and click on the version number.  Save the ".jar" file and then in Cytoscape, go to the App Manager and then click on "Install from File".

Hi Bernhard,

I am facing this issue even in this version where I am unable to load attributes from the network. 2.5.0 also seems to have this issue. Is there a workaround? Kindly advice.

Hi Charles, it should work again since 2.5.2. Do you still see the problem?
