I am wondering how one could implement Cystoscape Apps on a linux-based web server, if allowed? For example, if we want to implement BiNGO, or PiNGO, or ClueGO on the back end of web server, is it possible. Please let us know. Thanks very much.

Hi Rakesh,
There are a number of Apps that provide a front-end via a Cytoscape App that communicates with a web service.
Our Diffusion app is one of these, and you can see how it was implemented as an App here, as well as a service here.
This is just one of many ways to achieve this; the specific details of the implementation will be up to you.
