Hi Michael and team,

I've completed and submitted my GSoC 2026 proposal for the VCell-AI project, "AI chatbot to explore modeling resources in biology on VCell-AI."

The proposal covers:
- Auth0 authentication with JWT middleware and per-user token limits
- BioModels DB & PubMed MCP server integrations
- Prompt architecture refactor with RAG and Pydantic schemas
- Infrastructure modernisation (uv, Docker Compose, Redis, GitHub Actions CI)
- Streaming /query endpoint, markdown rendering fixes, and BNGLViz visualisation

I've already submitted three PRs to the repo (dependency migration to uv, search page UI prompts, and onboarding modal fix) and have been in sync with Michael throughout.
