I would like to ask a question about the MCDS app in Cytoscape. Which algorithm does MCDS use to extract the "largest connected component" (LCC) for an undirected graph?

Hi Nima,

Just had a quick look at these two links.

Not sure which algorithm was used to find LCC. But to find if a component is SCC(Strongly connected component), Tarjan's algorithm is being used.
