Hi all,

I'm trying to import my own gene association file, but I'm running into a snag.  My gene association file is in the GOA format, and I was able to use the Mapping Options to select the appropriate columns for the Key attribute for the network and the Key Column in the annotation file.  However, the import does not map the GO ids to the DAG.  Additionally, I tried to use the Text File Import Options to import my column names.  The text box "Transfer first line as attribute names" is grayed out so I can't select it.  Is this a bug?  Either way, can someone offer some advice as to what I might be doing wrong.

Have you tried loading it via File->Import->Ontology and Annotation... ?
