Hi folks,

Hopefully a simple question on Cytoscape 3.1.1 (but one which is trying me nuts):

Once I have used the Search/Query box to search for and select a node, how do I re-center the view window around that node? I have large networks, so typically the node that I find is buried outside the current zoomed-in view, and it is extremely difficult to find that node by mousing the view window back and forth. There has got to be a quick way of re-centering onto the selected node, but – I cannot find an answer in the manual or via Googling on “re-centering Cytoscape”, etc.

I would really appreciate help on this.

Hi Ron,
There is an icon in the top icon bar that looks like a magnifying glass with nothing in it.  If you click on that, it will fit the selected content in the window (and center the window in the process).
