Hi all,
We're going to be offering a Cytoscape 3 App Developer Tutorial as
part of the AKES program at ISMB in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday, July
11. During this all day tutorial, participants will develop 6 Cytoscape
apps, starting from the most simple app that has a "Hello world" menu
all the way through to an app that creates a network, creates visual
properties, has a series of settings parameters and listens for user
events. By the end of the course, you will be well positioned to
develop sophisticated Cytoscape 3 apps. This course is limited to 20
